  • What does connecting my own API mean?

    WhatsApp business messaging runs through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. With AInexaChat you connect your own Meta account and number rather than sending through a number we own. It is a one-time setup, and it means your number, your customer data, and your sending reputation belong to you.

  • Is my number and my customer data safe?

    Your number stays registered to your own Meta account and your contact data stays in your workspace. Because the API is yours, you can revoke our access at any time and keep operating.

  • Are there limits on how many messages I can send?

    We do not put a per-message cap on top. Your throughput is set by the messaging limits Meta assigns to your own WhatsApp Business account, which increase as you build a good sending history.

  • How does Meta approval work?
